Delete your RUB account

Open RUB, go to Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm twice. This is the fastest path and deletes the authenticated account without a support review.

Email hello@beardata.co with the subject “Delete my RUB account” from the email connected to your account. Include your RUB display name, but do not send a password, authentication code, chat text, identity document, or other sensitive information. We will verify control of the account and complete the request, normally within 30 days and no later than the applicable legal deadline.

We remove the account and its profile, live-system chats, friendships, posts, comments, notifications, push tokens, gameplay records, saved addresses, order records, and uploaded media. Some transaction, security, consent, or request records may be retained when law requires them or they are necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups expire on their normal schedule rather than being selectively rewritten.

Deletion immediately prevents inclusion in every export not yet delivered. We cannot guarantee removal from a model already trained on a lawfully delivered row; when a verified request or law requires action on a delivered copy, we will notify the recipient and apply the deletion and cooperation terms in its signed agreement.
