Help with RUB

Email support@beardata.co from the address connected to your RUB account. Include the device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send a password, authentication code, private conversation, precise location, or identity document.

For a user, post, comment, or message, use the in-app Report control so the report reaches the moderation queue with the correct content reference. You can also block a user from the same menu. If you cannot access the in-app control, email support@beardata.co with your RUB display name and a brief description, without copying sensitive message text into email.

RUB is not an emergency or crisis service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; outside the United States, findahelpline.com lists local services.

• Delete your account in RUB from Settings → Delete account, or use beardata.co/legal/delete-account.
