Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

bear.ai may license de-identified training and evaluation datasets built from RUB round chats and game submissions. A person's data is only eligible when they separately switched training use ON, which is off by default; every human whose chat is quoted must opt in. Direct identifiers are scrubbed, buyer contracts prohibit re-identification, and we do not license account contact details or consumer health data. Because free text can carry residual identifying context, and because California defines sale and sharing broadly, we treat this licensing as a sale or sharing choice rather than relying on an anonymization exemption. Commercial delivery is currently disabled while release requirements are completed.

• In the app: Settings → Privacy & data → switch training use OFF. This takes effect immediately for every export not yet delivered, and the game is identical either way.
• If neither the training-data permission nor the separate profile-summary permission is on, you are already opted out — none of your RUB content or profile summaries is eligible for licensing.
• By email: hello@beardata.co with the subject "Do Not Sell". We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, and an authorized agent may submit for you with proof of authorization.

Withdrawal immediately blocks every export not yet delivered. We cannot guarantee removal from a model already trained on a lawfully delivered row; when law requires action on a delivered copy, we will notify the recipient and apply the deletion and cooperation terms in its signed agreement.

You also have the rights to know what personal information we collect, to correct it, to delete it (Profile → Settings → Delete account, or by email), and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
