Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

bear.ai licenses anonymised training datasets built from RUB conversations. A conversation is only ever eligible when every human participant separately switched training use ON — it is off by default for every account. Personal identifiers are scrubbed before anything is packaged, and we never sell your name, contact details, or anything that identifies you. Under California law, licensing those datasets may still qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, so this page exists.

• In the app or on the web: Settings → Privacy & data → switch training use OFF. This takes effect immediately for every dataset built afterwards, and the game is identical either way.
• If you never switched it on, you are already opted out — nothing you generate is sold.
• By email: hello@beardata.co with the subject "Do Not Sell". We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, and an authorized agent may submit for you with proof of authorization.

One honest limit, stated plainly: a dataset already delivered to a buyer cannot be recalled. Withdrawal covers everything built after it.

You also have the rights to know what personal information we collect, to correct it, to delete it (Profile → Settings → Delete account, or by email), and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
